I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner treating adults in Oregon and Washington. I offer both telehealth appointments and in-person visits at my office in Southeast Portland.

 

I provide thoughtful psychiatric care for adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions. I offer individualized medication management, integrating evidence-based treatment with mindfulness and a whole person approach to mental health.
