Out of Pocket Fees

Self-pay rates vary based on appointment. Most visits range from $250–$450 with a limited number of sliding-scale appointments available.

If I am not in-network with your insurance plan, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Please contact me for current self-pay rates and insurance questions.

Under federal law, self-pay clients have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate prior to treatment.
